1 If two different registration tiers are chosen, the lower discount will be applied.
2 One parking pass will be provided per representative for each day. Passes are distributed at the Employer Checkout table at the end of the day. This pass can be used to exit the parking garage one time.
3 Interview Day takes place on Friday, September 21 in the Campus Recreation Center. Interview booth(s) must be reserved through the registration process. If you would like to interview on another day, please contact Patti Carroll at carrolpc@ucmail.uc.edu
4 All entries must be received by August 31, 2018 to be included in any printed material
5 Engineer's Week (E-week) is a nationally celebrated week in February where the College of Engineering and Applied Science Tribunal hosts a full week of fun-filled events. At the end of Engineer's Week (Saturday Evening), CEAS hosts an E-Week Banquet for students and employers to come enjoy! Banquet involves dinner, dancing, and an awards presentation for our seniors!

Payment
Payment is due September 7. Payment may be made by credit card or check. You will receive an invoice and a link to pay securely online upon approval of your career fair registration. If you prefer to pay by check, make check payable to “University of Cincinnati” with “Fall 2018 Career Fair” in the memo line and mail to: University of Cincinnati, P.O. Box 210115, Cincinnati OH 45221-0115 Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations received on or before August 31, 2018, will not pay the registration fee, or if payment has already been made, will receive a full refund. Cancellations received September 1 through September 7 will be charged 50% of the registration fee or receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after September 7 will be charged 100% of the registration fee and will NOT receive a refund. Cancellations must be approved in writing by a representative of the Career Fair Planning Team. Weather policy: In the unlikely event of a University closure, the career fair may still take place. In the case of a closure, refunds will be issued only if the University cancels the career fair specifically.
