Engineering Tribunal Posting Board

It was determined by Engineering Tribunal and the College Facilities Office that a better communications system was needed within the College of Engineering.  The solution was to designate specific areas for student organizations to make announcements.  Due to the University policy of not posting on painted walls, actual boards for posting had to be installed.  Because the space on the boards is finite, some restrictions must be enacted to ensure the boards accomplish their original purpose.

Rules for posting on bulletin boards

• Use by student organizations ONLY - No personal postings, i.e. car for sale, sublet, etc.
• Maximum Dimensions: 8 1/2 in. x 11 in. - This maximizes spaces
• Organizations using the boards must remove their own postings after they are outdated
• Postings for events must have a definite date, i.e. every Monday at 5:30
• Advertisements for events must be taken down after two weeks

 

Sending eBullet Slides:

• The eBullet is a widescreen monitor. If you are sending us slides to post, please make them in 16x9 (monitor widescreen) ratio. To do this, go to the Page Setup in PowerPoint and change the width to 16 inches and the height to 9 inches and click okay. That's all it takes!
• Send all slides to SOCC@uc.edu in .ppt format (PowerPoint 97-2003) as the slideshow is run from powerpoint 2003.
